Today some very good friends we met on the Camino posted their equipment list. If I was a good blogger I would have done the same. Instead I’m going to post a link to their site because the put a lot of thought into pre and post Camino comments.
Hopefully soon i’m going to take what they posted and add my comments.
(Unless they threatened me with violence – and I need them for this years France trip)
In the mean time I’m going to post one of my fav photos (I’ve used it before) from Azofra. If you get a chance to choose to stay in the Municipal Hostel here I highly recommend. Nice facilities, wonderful patio with a little pool to soak your feet. And, a great little store that is open all day and sells wonderful wine. I may have mentioned this place a time or two.
My boot are the one pointing out. A little trick I learned on the 3rd day. I do this at home to keep the heels at the back of the step so they don’t fall off the step. I noticed that everyone else puts their boots toes in. Made them easy to find in the morning. (Maybe I should not have mentioned this… when we go back to 2 years everyone will be toes out too. 😉
