Day 3

Los Argos is our goal today and it was hard over 25 km today we felt good so we thought we could make it, we were wrong. We stopped at the half way point for a drink and a sandwich we should have stayed there. wewere warned as soon as we leave the half way point of Villamayor we were done for food water and there is nothing in between they were right the longest 10km of my life and the last 5 seemed to alst forever, one person but it right it is called los because we have ti find it. We kept thinking it was just around this hill or just around that hill it never was. Mytoe was hurting, jeff has blisters and whenthe city finally came into viewi thought i was going tocry. Our albergue was 9euros but we may havepaid a kings ransom for a bed. Wedid get togo into the church tonight andsee it, very over the top, nice but too much almost guady.

Day 4

slept in everyone was too quiet this morning, we slept till 7:00 but we bought the pilgrims breakfast so didnt have to worry about that grabbed some bread, cheese, ham and coffee and was out the door.  It was a very cold morning but got us moving short 20km today into Viana, beautiful town we are staying in an old monestary that has been turned into an albergue. well off to do some laundry and some dinner.

Buen camino

Michelle, I have been looking forward to reading your blog, but some nights completely forget as I am late going online because of other commitments; finally decided first thing I am going to do when I get home is read your blog from your day’s journey. Sounds like it is very challenging for you both at times. Keep up the efforts and stay positive and strong!

    Cheers,
